Policy

  • The $199 consultation fee is nonrefundable and due at booking.

  • You may reschedule once at least 24 hours in advance at no charge (within 30 days).

  • No-shows or changes within 24 hours are subject to a $50 late/no-show fee.

  • The remaining $149 may be used as a credit if you rebook and attend within 14 days or enroll in a program within 14 days; otherwise the credit expires.
